Several weeks ago when I was on a trip to Dalat – a very nice sight seeing place in Vietnam. I had a change to visit an oil painting shop. The problem of fear, uncertainty and procrastination and 5 tips to overcome it
2 weeks after leaving HSBC, I was called back in the office again to do the exit interview – a procedure an employee has to do when he leaves the bank. The bank wanted to know why I decided to leave. My reason is very simple because I wanted to pursuit my passion which is to become an entrepreneur. I met an HR officer which also a friend of mine, she gave me a sheet of paper which has about 10 questions, all are prepared in a template so that I only have to tick on what is relevant.
